Our lead variety, Lady Claire, is selected for storability, crisp quality, and consistent performance. We also grow Lady Rosetta, valued for its bright fry colour, early maturity, and uniform size for efficient crisping.

Soil-First Potato Farming
Every potato starts with the soil. We focus on deep cultivation and targeted nutrition to build structure and fertility before planting, using multi-species cover crops and returning digestate from our anaerobic digester.
We avoid routine de-stoning and separate bed tillers, helping to reduce compaction, protect soil structure, and improve water infiltration while still maintaining good bed shape for planting.

Potatoes are grown within a 1-in-5 or 1-in-6-year rotation to protect soil health and reduce pest pressure. Waste potatoes and haulm are returned to the soil, generating renewable energy and returning nutrients to the land via digestate spreading.
